Hello, Popsugar here, with your reminder to do things that
make you feel well. Today's newsletter was written and curated by shopping director Sarah Wasilak.

Anyone would be overwhelmed by the amount of Memorial Day sale emails I have sitting in my inbox. But being a shopping director, it's literally my job to discern which of those deals you'll be most interested in, and let you know when you're really making out with a really low price on a high-quality item.
Being an athlete myself, I've tested nearly all the brands you'll find in our roundups, and I can confidently say these fitness markdowns are worth your while. So whether you were already looking for a new running belt or road shoes that will propel you at lightning speed, or you're just browsing, trust that these are great buys, depending on your sport of choice.

Is pickleball on its way out this summer? Our editor Chandler experimented with padel to see if a heavier racket and less restrictive play can give last year's sport of the moment a run for its money.

As the Formula 1 season continues, I'm headed to Montreal this weekend for the Canadian Grand Prix. It'll be my first time there, which is all the more reason to pick up some of these coveted F1 essentials for my trip.

Whether you know me or not, the first thing I want to talk to you about is how I can't run right now because of knee tendinitis. As my fellow runners know, healing from an injury is the worst season for us. I've been working with the great Winnie Yu, DPT, at Bespoke Physical Therapy, and I'd recommend the clinic any day of the week. (If you're also on a healing journey, just know that 1:1 therapy is worth it, and it makes all the difference.) While Dr. Yu's slowly but surely leading my body back to running form through a diligent strength training program, I'm recovering daily with at least two out of the three devices you see here.
I rotate between gunning targeted muscles with the Hyperice Hypervolt 3 Pro ($349), a Naomi Osaka-approved brand we awarded a Popsugar Feel-Good Award; slipping on my LifePro Leg Massager ($120) for compression therapy; and trying out my new FlexBeam ($599), a wearable red and near-infrared light therapy device that penetrates far deeper into the muscles and joints than other products on the market — in just a single 10-minute session. So far, there's not one recovery tool I'd be willing to give up, though of course, it's important to remember that none of these are substitutes for strengthening at physical therapy.
