On Season 10, cast member Emma Betsinger goes into detail about her precancerous birthmarks — how she had 10 surgeries by the age of 7 to get them removed, how they left permanent scarring, and how she still has a high chance of developing melanoma. This life experience is one of the many reasons why she's not entirely sure if she wants kids of her own. But for the men in the pods, that's still not good enough.
