In an effort to combat some of the pressures of higher-intensity exercise, the trend shows that you don't have to sacrifice comfort to get your heart beating a little faster. It's "a workout that rewrites everything you know about exercise," Zuckerbrow tells Popsugar. "It's shown me that there are ways for me to fall in love with moving my body that don't have to focus on my physique but more so the experience that I'm having while moving," she says. To get started, you'll need: - A lit candle
- A cozy lamp
- A good background show or movie
- A fun beverage
- A walking pad
The length of your cardio session is completely up to you. As long you're doing moderate-intensity movement while basking in your cozy environment of choice, then you're doing it right. |
