"In a time when everybody is so on their phones, it's nice to have something that's an option, beyond the swiping." That's what Katie Ortman Doble recently told Popsugar's Lena Felton about how a LinkedIn connection led to 10 years of marriage with her now-husband.
Because let's face it, the professional networking site is now much more than just a "résumé repository," Lena writes. "It's a place to follow industry leaders, cultivate your own professional persona, and sometimes even get personal. Maybe you use it to look up someone you matched with on a dating app before meeting up in person, or you stalk whose posts your ex is liking. Or maybe, just maybe, you fall in love with someone after clicking connect." |

Hype Check: Butt-Sculpting Capris |
In today's featured column, Popsugar's Haley Lyndes tries some controversial Lululemon activewear. |

The weather is in that weird in-between right now. Technically, it's fall, but the Northeast is still serving up 80-degree afternoons followed by nights that come with actual "freeze warnings." Since the season is so in-between, I figured my wardrobe should be too — enter the Lululemon Wunder Train Leggings ($88), which are basically capris. As a Lululemon girl, I always get excited to see their new seasonal offerings, and for whatever reason, this outfit called my name. It's the perfect seasonal pick, and after wearing it for a handful of runs, I've decided it's officially my fall (and likely spring) essential. Not to mention, these leggings give my butt a great shape — an unexpected win. — Haley Lyndes |
