It seems like every other day, I find myself learning about a new skin-care ingredient, product, or treatment that promises to better my life in some way, shape, or form. I've tried plenty of the options with a lot of mixed results. The latest? Exosomes. If you haven't heard of them just yet, I promise it's only a matter of time.
Exosomes can be applied topically or via injections, and they're commonly used after in-office treatments. For my first time trying them out, I opted to get them applied topically after receiving a Diamond Glow facial. While the process of actually applying the exosomes was nothing to write home about (it's literally just applying a product onto your skin), the results certainly were.
Ahead, I detail exactly what went down during the process, from dermaplaning at the start to getting my face rubbed with a diamond-encrusted tip, to the final step – the exosomes. — Renee Rodriguez
