Last week we talked about how often people have sex, and now we're exploring the couples who don't have sex very often at all — for a variety of reasons — and are doing just fine.
See, contrary to popular opinion, a decline in physical intimacy doesn't always signal a relationship's impending doom. Take, for example, one interviewee who feels her relationship's "dry spell" actually fostered greater emotional intimacy. "During the time we weren't having sex," she tells PS, "we were growing closer than ever." |
