But that's not exactly a realistic physique, Biel points out.   The actor took to TikTok to address the hype, noting that her onscreen appearance is not sustainable. "[T]hat peak shape in that show is not maintainable," Biel says. And honestly, we're loving the transparency. If you ever needed a reminder not to put anyone's body on a pedestal, let this be it.   "Celebrities train to look a certain way in a role, and even they can recognize that the image is not sustainable (not even with the resources at their fingertips!).
