| Let us set the scene: you're in line for the Matterhorn and a pair of 20-somethings are taking advantage of the 40-minute wait time by ferociously making out at every impasse. When the line is moving, their bodies appear magnetized, like they'll lose each other forever if one of them takes more than a few steps without the other pressed up behind them.
It's a strange phenomenon, and certainly niche, but what is it about amusement parks that inspires such PDA? In this piece, PS investigates potential factors with a relationship expert — and yes, adrenaline is one reason: "The thrill of riding rides can create the experience of cheating death or putting yourself in harm's way, and for some people, that's a really big turn-on." |

| I've been on the hunt for hot rollers since catching up on "America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders" last week. Thanks to PS Beauty, I may now be springing for those T3 rollers. |

In today's featured column, I review the hotel that potentially ruined me forever — in a good way! |

The newest Four Seasons resort in Cabo San Lucas is meant to evoke a "modern hacienda," but it feels more like an ancient amphitheater, with the shimmering Sea of Cortez serving as its stage. Upon arrival, I can't help but feel like every corner and cranny of the Cabo Del Sol property — from the rooms to the restaurants — is oriented around the ocean. The Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol opened just over a year ago, on May 1, 2024. (It's not to be confused with the chain's other property in the area, Costa Palmas.) And while the new hotel is practically begging to be visited by honeymooners, it's also a great fit for groups given its larger accommodations and variety of dining options. At least, that was my experience: I visited Cabo Del Sol during a group "hatchelorette" trip for three nights in April. (For the uninitiated, a hatchelorette is like a bachelorette, except in honor of someone who's expecting.) We stayed in an ocean-view four-bedroom villa, and the good news is, it was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of vacation. The bad news is, we're ruined forever. — Kelsey Garcia |
