In this workout presented by Samsung Health, Olympian and Slay Athletic founder Louise Hazel shares the ab routine that keeps her core stable and strong for runs. She starts with a dynamic warmup that'll activate your muscles, then she moves into a circuit that includes beast planks, bird dogs, and heel taps. Hazel also introduces viewers to a vaulter's ab exercise and weaves in plenty of planks throughout the workout. In other words: be sure to take breaks or shake out your wrists as needed.
