Baltimore marketing manager Mary Olive Kuderna wanted a fun, easy, and cost-effective wedding, so she didn't spin her wheels — the breeziness of a Vegas elopement sounded perfect to her. After all, some things become clichĂ© for good reason.
Once she and her fiancé decided Vegas was the answer, the elopement came together so quickly that they married two months earlier than originally planned, for less than $6,500. But the real question is: did they sacrifice something more meaningful for the fun, lower lift? We're guessing no.
"I basically tell everyone I know who gets engaged that they should elope," Olive Kuderna tells PS.
Here's how Olive Kuderna, a meticulous planner, pulled it off with no regrets. |
