For my entire life, I've categorized myself as a "good" sleeper: I can fall asleep pretty much anywhere and stay asleep for a ridiculous amount of time, and I rarely wake up during the night. But I recently came to the realization that the amount of sleep I get doesn't necessarily translate to the quality of sleep I get. I often stay up late, end up oversleeping, and feel tired throughout the day, which are all red flags telling me to get my act together. So, in the name of health, wellness, and "sleepmaxxing," I decided to chase after a good night's rest — by going on a trip to Mexico, of course . . .
