My Black is Beautiful is back all weekend long (Chicago, IL.) - On Tuesday, July 18, 2017, The BOSS Network will kick off the third annual "Ladies That Lead Tour," this event highlights influential women of color; who can inspire other women by sharing their strategies and journey to success. Hosted, by BOSS Founder Cameka Smith, this event will feature women of color in business who continue to excel and lead in their industry. The event will feature a panelist conversation with leading women, honoree presentation to a community leader, a fireside chat with a Prudential Representative, and a one-on-one conversation with a leading star.
